  I was really surprised to read the other reviews. I think they may be thinking of the DD at the edge of South Hadley in Granby (this place fits their descriptions perfectly and is the reason that I now come here!). I go out of my way to come to go to the DD near Friendly's! The staff is awesome and when you pull up to the drive thru intercom you are always greeted by a "Gooood Morning what can we get you today!" (I think his name is Joel?). As for the rest of the team, I have told Carmen (manager) what a great group of people she has working there! The coffee is consistent and the drive thru goes pretty fast, even when the line is around the corner! I hope they read this and keep doing what they're doing :)

  Well this Duncan Donuts should do an evaluation on Thier employees. The two employees today we're beyond rude, snarky, and just plain unprofessional to say the least. Took over 10 minutes to place an order ofor coffee, and there was one car ahead at the window that also had waited for a long period of time.
  The young female employees that was taking orders at the window, "doesn't even care for her job and doesn't even want to be working there for her low pay"- words from her mouth heard over the intercom. And yes the coffee order was incorrect, and her snappy lines to her coming worker was uncalled for about infants crying.
